We ended the day yesterday with gas prices at 3.13 a gallon and started today with gas at 3.45 a gallon.  That's a 32 cent increase. My gosh. Will it ever be below 3.00 again? |

He is growing up so fast. He is such a great dog too. He has us very well trained.  |
Back on September 14 Hurricane Ike hit here in Ohio. It was pretty bad considering we have never seen anything like this here. We had some major damage and in our area of the state 1.7 million people lost power including us. We were lucky and got our power back after 12 hours in the dark others were not so lucky. Yesterday at 1:10pm everybody finally had there power restored.
We had sustained winds of 63 MPH here with guests to 78 MPH. I liked going outside to stand in it. Never seen anything like it before. THe wind really scared our dogs they didn't like it.

Did anyone watch the Olympics this year? I always can't wait for Olympics. I really enjoy watching it. I am actually not that much into sports but for some reason I love the Olympics.
I entered a contest NBC did this year and I was one of 25 winners :) I am getting the DVD of the games, I got two shirts (one from Nike and one from Ralph Lauren), I got a wind breaker jacket (which is the one the athletes wore on the meadl stand) some pins, and other neat things. It was exciting consider I never win anything.

I just realized that the boards are back! This is great news! (Sorry for being so naiive about it!)..Welcome back everybody!! By the way, last year some of you were very generous to donate to a 60 mile walk I did in October for a very worthy cause. I want to thank you guys again. After the walk, the boards were gone so I could not update any of you. You will all be glad to know that I finished the walk although be it with a few blisters. Hi all, I'm new here. In the midst of planning our second trip to WDW! Myself and DD are going 11/30-12/6 for her 10th b-day. Can't wait!! This is the third time we're using Moustyme agent KimH. We also did a Disney cruise in 2006. Kim is so great, she answers all my questions makes my ADR's and other reservations, I don't think I could plan a Disney trip without her! As you may have heard. Disney has decided to close VMK on May 21, 2008. This has confused many, Disney said they only opened VMK as a promotion. Although this was not stated in the beginning of VMK. VMK become a very popular game, and has a very large following. Disney is suggesting that people start using their other game sites, Penguins, ToonTown etc..
